Event Overview
Instellar x SENARA Creative ArtFest is a collaborative festival celebrating art, culture, creativity, and community through exhibitions, workshops, and creative showcases. Participants are invited to submit original works based on the official event theme.
Eligibility
- Open to Indonesian students enrolled in higher education institutions in Malaysia or abroad.

- Entries may be individual or group-based (maximum 5 members per group).
- All submitted works must be original, created by the participant(s), and relevant to the official event theme.
Submission Requirements
- Submissions must follow the requirements of the selected category.
- Incomplete or late submissions may not be considered.
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate information.
Originality
- All works must be original and created solely by the participant(s).
- AI-generated or AI-assisted content is strictly prohibited.
- Submitted works must not have been previously published, exhibited, or entered into any competition or event.
- Copyright remains with the participant(s).
Copyright & Usage
- By submitting an entry, participants grant the organizers permission to photograph, record, and use the submitted work for non-commercial promotion, documentation, exhibition archives, and official Instellar x SENARA platforms.
- Proper credit will be given whenever possible.
- Commercial use requires the participant's prior consent.
Artwork Sales
- Applicable only to categories that permit artwork sales.
- Participants may indicate whether their submitted work is available for purchase.
- The organizers act solely as facilitators and do not participate in pricing negotiations or financial transactions.
- If a buyer expresses interest, the participant agrees that their contact information may be shared solely for the purpose of completing the transaction.
Selection & Judging
- All submissions will undergo review by the appointed curators, judges, or selection panel.
- Evaluation will be based on the criteria specified for each category.
- Decisions made by the judges and selection panel are final and not subject to appeal or dispute.
Data Privacy
- Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for event administration, communication, and promotional purposes related to Instellar x SENARA.
Organizer's Rights
- Amend these Terms & Conditions.
- Change the event schedule or format if necessary.
- Reject submissions that violate these Terms & Conditions.
- Cancel or postpone any category when required.
Acceptance
- By submitting an entry, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
